The spacious in-house events area is perfectly integrated with the hotel, without trespassing into the residential areas. Besides the Maritim Hall with emporia and stage for up to 2,800 people, the establishment has another 15 conference and meeting rooms, as well as a large foyer with about 1,000 square metres of exhibition space. Green Meeting

Experience in organising several UNO Climate Conferences and other international events have helped us gain unique experience in the area of "Green Meeting". From climate neutral meetings with eco-friendly power, right up to our new "natural meetings" flat rate, the event team does justice to your requirements and to sustainability and environment protection. As the first German hotel, the Maritim Hotel Bonn received the Sustainability Award by “Green Globe” and the “European Association of Event Centres (EVVC)” in July 2010. To be awarded, 51 percent of 248 criteria had to be fulfilled. Since 2007 the Maritim Hotel Bonn is member of the project “Sustainable Bonn” and has constantly improved its environmental performance.

Hall/ Beethoven Hall

Both halls have a large built in stage with a public address system that is adjusted for the event, sound mixer with 40/24 signal channels and up to 16 output channels, built in projector screens, video and data projectors. Both halls have lighting consoles.

Media technology in the conference rooms, in the basement and on the 1st storey:

High-end beamers, electrical motor operated 2.5 x 3.5 m screens, public address system through professional mobile loudspeakers. A CAT 7 networking is possible between the conference rooms. Every conference room is equipped with connections for telephone, fax, ISDN and Internet (with up to 16 Mbit/s) speed (from 03.09 SDSL 34 MBIT).
Every area of the building has wireless Internet access (Wireless LAN from T-Com)
