The Maritim Congress Centre Bremen is directly connected to the hotel and is integrated with the trade fair centre, the trade fair halls and the Bremen Arena, opening up generous dimensions in space. Besides the Hanse Hall with emporium and stage for up to 1,600 people, the establishment has another 15 conference and meeting rooms, as well as a large foyer with about 1,700 square metres of exhibition space.

More then 750 events with over 200,000 visitors were hosted by the Congress Centre Bremen last year. The summer 2011 was devoted to modernization. Covering an area of 3,500 sqm a new carpet, developed especially for the Congress Centre Bremen was subsequently discarded . Other highlights are  the 1,010 new tables and 3,400 chairs in all meeting rooms to make your next event more brilliant than ever.

With the Green Meeting conference flat rate, our event management team will cater to your requirements concerning sustainability and environment protection.

Technology

We provide beamers (XGA resolution 1024 x 768 to 2,000, to 3,000 and to 7,700 ANSILumen), pin boards, flip-charts, projection screens, lecterns, microphone installations, ISDN throughout the event area, wireless LAN, overhead projectors, topic experts and moderator kits, slide projectors, DVD players, CD players, cassette recorders, video recorders, TVs, video cameras.

Halls & Hanse Hall

The core of the Congress Centre stretches across 1,100 square metres, with 470 square metres on the dais. The hall has a built in stage occupying 200 square metres as well as a control room for stage technology and light effects. Behind the stage is a lift for carrying loads of up to 4.5 tonnes. The entire rear portion of the hall can be opened up completely to be contiguous with the foyer.

Kaisen Hall

The oval shaped hall has an area of 428 square metres, the coffers in the walls are stretched over with a special silk to create a special acoustic effect. The high ceiling and the walls offer various lighting options.
