The conference rate includes the following services and provisions:

• Facility rent and preparation costs as they pertain to a suitable meeting room
• 1 suitable beamer*, flipchart and projection screen in the meeting room
• 2 x soft drinks 200ml – 250ml/participant
• Chef’s choice lunch buffet
• 1 x 200ml – 250ml soft drink with lunch
• 1 x afternoon coffee break with hot beverages and various baked goods

*A beamer is included in the fee for meetings with at least 50 participants or in rooms of at least 100 sqm. Alternatively, an overhead projector can be provided free of charge.
