The ‘Vitalgarten' wellness facility is open daily from 9 am to 8 pm.

Thalassotherapy (from the Greek word thalassa – ‘sea’) is an oceanic-based group of therapies and applications that trace its history back hundreds of years. Very exclusive in Germany, ‘Thalasso Plus®’ from Algologie is a consultation-based holistic therapy utilising the healing power of oceanic ingredients such as mineral salts from seawater, concentrated minerals, vitamins, trace elements and amino acids from algae and mud from selected seabed sources. Internal treatments are carried out by consuming edible algae, specially formulated capsules and drinks. External treatments include packs, baths, massages and sonication. Brine inhalation also plays an important role in Thalassotherapy. The combination of professional application and top quality products leads to excellent regenerative affects on the body.

For Visitors
The Vitalgarten is an oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation for everyone – not just guests staying at the hotel. How does a ‘small wellness package’ to introduce you to our facility and services sound?
Upon arrival you’re provided with a bathrobe, towels and slippers. Then it’s off to some professional pampering with our ‘ThalassoPlus® Rendezvous’ offer which begins with a consultation and includes an algae health drink, an algae whole body pack, a reflexology foot bath, a Chinese massage and a body treatment with algae soaking. The applications and treatments are complemented by unrestricted access to the indoor saltwater swimming pool and the one outdoors (weather permitting), the saunas, steam bath, brine cabin and the modern fitness area for the day.

Open between 10 am and 10 pm, the poolside snack bar serves freshly squeezed juices, salads, refreshments and light snacks to ensure visitors feel as good on the inside as they do out.
