One of the best ways to contribute to environmental protection is through conscientious resource management and reduced wastage. Those who book our 'natural conference package' can rest assured that the impact their meeting will have on the environment will be as little as possible. Biodegradable ring binders, environmentally friendly pens, coffee from fair trade sources and meals made with organic produce. In addition, 2 € from every conference fee goes to a certified institution that specialises in combating air pollution. Included

• Room hire and preparation fee for a suitable conference room with natural daylight
• Flipchart, projection screen and beamer upon request (beamers are included within the conference rate for events with up to 50 participants or in rooms up to 100 sqm in size)
• Pens made from recycled material and recycled paper in the conference room. Alternatively, participants can be equipped with a biodegradable pen and a recycled paper ring binder for a surcharge of 4 € per person
• 2 conference refreshments (selection between Bionade, regional organic apple juice or mineral water)
• Fair trade coffee-cream sweets in the conference room
• A morning break with a cup of fair trade coffee or tea with organic milk
• Fruit smoothies (local and regional fruits only) in mini flip-top jars
• 'Organic in a Bowl’ – organic fruit muesli mixed with organic yogurt and organic honey
• Buffet lunch including organic vegetarian dishes, all prepared with domestic and seasonal produce only, sourced locally when possible, incl. 1 x drink (selection between Bionade, regional organic apple juice or mineral water)
• An afternoon break with a cup of fair trade coffee or tea with organic milk
• ‘Grandma’s Giant Country Cake’ baked with organic ingredients and domestic fruits, chocolate cornflake clusters (organic spelt wheat flakes and fair trade chocolate)
